Just a quick comment to say a big thank you to the two therapists, Alison and Bev, who run the 'Running To Better Health' course.
For those dealing with a range of conditions around depression and anxiety, I urge people to try this course, as it's a great way for those inexperienced in taking exercise or who are not getting enough exercise in their day-to-day activities, with improving ones fitness and thus mood.While obviously some effort is needed to complete anything in life generally, the exercise regime offered here was not at all too hard for most beginners, offering a decent opener into improving ones wellbeing via fitness, run by two therapists who are warm and approachable, and clearly have an understanding for course members needs.Certainly useful for anyone trying combat stress and suchlike. Give it a go, as you really have nothing to lose, and everything to gain!
