"Lovely looking surgery, let down by a few bad eggs"

About: Southernhay House Surgery

After coming over from St Thomas due to poor service from the doctors there, little to no bed manner and awful receptionists I was hoping for a new experience here.

Unfortunately due to a few bad eggs on reception and doctors I think I'll have to change again. When calling up about important medication or going into an emergency appointment due to severe breathing difficulties there is little to no respect, bedside manner and just general compassion.

What a shame. Time to move on
