"A shining example of how the NHS should work"

About: Bridport Community Hospital

I injured my ankle and decided to visit the Minor Injuries Unit. The whole experience was totally beyond my expectations from start to finish. It was easy to park, the checking in process was very clear and efficient and the staff were friendly and professional. In addition I was attended to very quickly and I was in and out within the hour, having had an X-ray too. I had to make a second visit to check on progress and it was much like the first visit. I have nothing but praise for the unit and the people working in it. I would like to thank two members of staff in particular for their professionalism and their kindness in explaining my condition.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us.

I have passed your comments onto the Hospital Matron, who will share them with the staff concerned. They will be pleased to hear such positive feedback.

With best wishes
