This practice treats the person - not just the condition. I have continuity of care and my particular GP takes my concerns seriously and goes the extra mile to ensure conditions are investigated, confirmed and the correct treatment given.
A life changing condition could have been missed without the diligence, patience and professionalism of my GP, and I will be eternally grateful that he listened and acted probably preventing further complications.
When life is challenging it is reassuring to know that I am in such safe hands and not facing the challenges alone.
