"Caused more harm than good"

I have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with this institution. It is an awful place.

This place has a horrible atmosphere, you are treated like a criminal.

They tell lies about the treatment you should receive and don't get, they cover their own backs.

These so called professionals have sent me into crisis, more than once, but for my own sanity and safety I need to stop using this service.

Something needs to be done about it.

The home care team didn't turn up when they said they would and they make promises that they go back on because they don't know what they are talking about.

I feel sorry for anyone that has to use this service.

Even using the canteen wasn't a pleasant experience.

It's very much a them and us mentality.

I was told years ago by a friend that mental health patients are treated really badly and I can now tell you myself from experience that this is true.

We are concerned to read your feedback and we would like to help. If you could contact our Customer Relations team on 0800 953 0045 then they can take some more details from you in order to investigate this situation. They can liaise with the home treatment managers to help get things right for you to return to community care and support. They can also offer feedback to our Matrons at the inpatient wards. We realise it is difficult being admitted but we want to make it the best experience that we can.
