What I liked

The friendly and relaxed way everything was explained to me. I was put completely at my ease. I was apprehensive when entering the department, but left feeling relaxed about what would be happening. The senior sister, consultant and the receptionist were excellent in all their dealings with me.

Anything else?

I would be happy to go back to this department in future.
