staff attitudes to patients. Didnt give time to talk, ask and listen. need to support first time mums better.

shouldnt be in the midwifery profession if they cant be bothered to care and support

I have passed your comments to our Head Of Midwifery for her to share with her team however without more detail about your experience and the staff who cared for you it is difficult to provide a more detailed reply. On the whole our maternity service is one of the best in the region and this is reflected by the number of positive comments that we receive both directly to the service and via our Impressions feedback.
