What I liked
Prompt attention and thorough diagnosis with good advice.
What could be improved
Announcing of names when called was difficult to hear because:
1. loudness was inadequate,
2. accent of caller was confusing,
3.no visual indicator was available.
Anything else?
In these days of austerity, there should be a comittment to sound financial management. The most obvious indicator of costly waste was the IT system producing stick on labels for samples.
The doctor went away to print 2 labels and came back with 36 assorted sizes on one sheet and a sheet of 36 blanks. So 70 labels were wasted. Multiply this several hundred times a day and you can see my point.
No one seemed to care about this waste. Someone should have the job of stopping waste.
I would like a dedicated feedback link to report wasteful practices by patients and staff.
"Excellent service quality but satff support costs..."
