What I liked
Some staff were lovely.
What could be improved
I wasn't involved in decisions with the care that I wanted. I felt that what I said was overlooked and I felt fobbed off with some eye drops that did absolutely nothing to help so was no better off after waiting nearly three hours to see a Nurse.
Anything else?
I would rather go somewhere else next time.
