My farther in law has requested a repeat prescription for his wife who is a coeliac, yes a basic repeat with all the items all ready printed out on it with a tick box in the corner. Which he clearly ticks ( it says gluten-free bread) his script is electronic so he doesn't see it until its collected from the chemist, yet on the last 3 occasions they have managed to change it to flour not bread?. He has been on each occasion to the surgery and been assured this was a simple mistake and had been put right and would not happen again, yet it just has for the fourth time this is totally unacceptable. He is 79 years old with a heart condition and does not need this constant incompetence by the surgery team or doctors.
"can't get a simple prescription request right"
