What I liked

The caring staff of Macilwaine Ward gave my father wonderful palliative care in his last weeks. He could not have been in a better place and we are so grateful for the way they and his GP eased his passing.

Firstly, I would like to offer my condolences in relation to your fathers recent passing. Thank you very much for your kind comments regarding the care your father received in his last few weeks on the Macilwaine Ward. I will ensure that you feedback is passed on to the staff on the ward.
