"Very good nursing"

What I liked

I am writing this on behalf of my wife who stayed several nights in the Treatment centre where there were some excellent nurses one was particularly excellent and now she has transferred to St Cross ward once again excellent staff in particular one of the nurses.

You really have excellent staff and in particular for the two above if you have a nurse of the week month etc award my wife and I would be keen on supporting the two above.

What could be improved

The catering is poor fish for example on several occasions was poorly cooked and what should have been moist was dry and flavourless especially important for someone with swallowing problems.I perfsonally think it is a training problem particularly in one instance when one neighbouring patient was served fish in a meat gravy.

Management could train staff better to keep up standrads all the time.
