On Saturday 14 July 2018 I was taken to this A&E having fallen and , as it transpired, broken two bones in my right wrist. The care and the speed of it, that I was given was brilliant. Sadly I as in no state to make a note of the individual staff who looked after me but they were all the best anyone could wish for in those circumstances. I was shown the X-rays and it was explained to me that manipulation of the broken bones was needed. Gas and air was given and I have no knowledge of any pain at all during the procedure. (Only that I could not stop laughing). At all times I, my wife and son in law were kept informed. I have attended the Fracture Clinic at my local hospital who have all details from William Harvey. The manipulation has worked extremely well - a tribute to the skills of the doctors and staff at William Harvey. I now have a full cast and,as long as I am good, the skills of the doctor and staff will eventually lead to a full recovery without surgery. All I can say is a thousand thanks to these people.
"Absolutely first class service and care"
