"Staff where rude"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital / Accident and emergency

Visited the jr a&e department on Thursday night. The staff where rude towards me and I felt as though they didn’t have the duty of care that they should have. At the beginning of my visit it wasn’t bad but towards the end of my visit I was pulled into a room with two nurses and questioned rudely and made to feel small.
