First of all, I would like to thank all of the hospital staff, including the 2 ambulance crew, the many kind nurses and doctors, who looked after me very well the other day.
I was initially treated by ambulance staff in my home and in the ambulance (my first time at age 65), suffering pain from a kidney stone. On arrival to A&E, I was then seen to by triage staff before waiting in a long queue to see a doctor. There were nurses attending many patients and they were all very kind, polite, and helpful.
I did have an initial consultation with the doctor within about a couple of hours of my arrival and although there was a wait of 5 hours before my CT scan, I was made to feel comfortable and treated very well by all of the staff I came into contact with.
Having been treated before, in the same helpful manner, in this hospital on a number of previous visits, I think we are blessed and very lucky to have such wonderful people working very hard at this great hospital in Worcester.
"Thanks to all A&E staff at Worcester Royal..."
