(as a service user),

The surgeon and his team were fantastic when I had my operation at the Queen Elizabeth Queen Mother wing. The after care team were kind and helpful, however, as I was still under influence of the anesthesia I could not remember what I was advised verbally. It would help a lot if information on aftercare I. e. dressing when to be taken off etc. would help if it was in writing.
