"first class service"

After being diagnosed with Kidney tumour, the fast efficient and caring service has been second to none.

An appointment was made for surgery, i met all parties of the operation team who were all profesional sympathetic and very professional. I was admitted on a tuesday , surgery around early afternoon, on the ward by 7pm and home on the friday!!!

While on the ward the staff from the cleaning lady who appeared at least twice a day, to the tea round , all the nurses day and night worked tirelessly to ensure your were comfortable in need of nothing and genuinely caring. the other patients were mainly older gents and all the staff treated them with a top class service maintaining their dignity at all times.

The surgeon and his colleague visited on time every day to monitor progress.

The NHS gets so much bad reviews and news but from my account its the best service in the world and can only speak from experience.

The skill of the surgeon in the first place, followed by the nursing staff has enabled me to recover faster and go home in a record time following a major operation.
