My nan was taken by ambulance into a and e where treatment was awfully slow. Not enough staff on to accommodate people’s general needs such as needing the toilet. Staff were very pleasant to talk to. Took 14 hours to get a diagnosis and treatment started. Saw Doctors constantly on there phones in a and e and making cup of teas. Alexandra ward could not have been more helpful. Very attentive, kept us informed at every stage. Always a staff member near by to help patients. Well done Alexandra for turning the poor care from a and e and cdu around
