"Day case and follow up outreach urology team"

About: King's Mill Hospital / Urology

I attended as a day case for a template biopsy 3rd July. The care prior to the procedure was excellent. Afterwards in recovery i was supports by a particular member of staff who was excellent, caring and attentive, very impressed. In the day case ward the team were very organised and caring. One lady in particular was very proffesional, she dealt with my complication really well.

As for cleanliness I must give the team. five stars, i watched them propeLy anf thoroughly CLEAN the ward, beds, tables surfaces, floors, everything in fact. It wasa pleasure and restored my faith in the NHS.( previous experience at QMC consited of a bunch of unengaged lazy individuals wandering round pushing rotatry floor cleaners)

Not so at Kings Mill, Well done.

My follow up with Urology outreach has been exceptional, my specialist nurse Liz has been helpfull, understanding and caring throughout. Nothing has been too much trouble, a credit to your team
