What I liked

The nursing staff were kind and seemed very dedicated. I was happy with the care and attention I was given, and found the food quite suitable - the easy to eat and 'comfort' type food was what was needed. Thank you.

What could be improved

Washing facilities were not easy.

Thank you for your comments about the care you received from the ENT services at Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.

We aim to provide the highest standard of care for all of our patients, and we are pleased to hear that your experience met your expectations in most respects. Feedback from patients helps us to build on the things that our patients value, and tackle those things that we must improve. Your comments have been sent to the ENT department to help them do this. Thank you particularly for letting us know that the “washing facilities were not easy”. We are looking into this.
