What could be improved

receptionist could of been more helpful I arrived and was asked to fill in a form when I asked for a pen he said no ask the nurse when you go down. As I went to sit down he said you can go down not knowin where I was going I just followed a corrider and then sat in an area and all the Nurses seemed to be on there dinner My appointment was 1:30 and I was there for 1:25 finally I seen and nurse and she was OK but no-one asked me any questions for at least 20mins after being sat there.

I entered the main enterance and visit the reception desk there and the lady was nice and told me where to go I had to walk to the other side of the hospital walk up stairs and then walk a long corrider I really think the hospital needs more signs as I had to stop and ask a nurse who was with a patient and she wasn't aware where the department was as the only signs was Labour and Delivery !! I was they to give birth :-) I do have to come back to the hospital and really don't want to as my expereince hasn't been good, I will be looking to see if my local hosptial (fairfield) can do the treatment for me as I have never had a awful expereince from the staff.

I don't like to leave negative comments as most of the NHS staff I have had dealing with have been really nice.
