"A very positive experience"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

What I liked

Went with my son to QMC Nottingham at 11pm on Bonfire night as we thought he might have malaria. Received absolutely brilliant, speedy and caring service, both in their A&E dept and subsequently when he was transferred to the City hospital. Staff couldn't have been more caring, it was by then 4am and we were all exhausted. Staff on Nightingale ward, from Consultant, Registrar, nurses, everyone, was brilliant. Felt we were treated as individuals and my son had more tests than we thought were possible. Couldnt have been better.

What could be improved

Nothing.

Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback about the treatment your son received in our emergency department and on Nightingale ward.

We will certainly pass on your kind message to the staff in each area.
