"Catheter ablation at the ERI"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Cardiology & Coronary Care Unit

(as the patient),

I experienced the NHS at its best in my opinion.   I was treated fantastically at all times, from the receptionist, to the nurses, the cleaner and the doctors. I went in a 7: 30 and left at 19: 00 having had 3 procedures.   I was looked after and kept informed at all times.   During the procedures the surgical team were professional but light hearted and chatted where possible throughout. If anybody out there is going into the ERI for this I would highly recommend this team, I would name them all if I could!   Thank you  all you deserve special praise.
