What I liked

On 14th November, I attended an appointment at the Cardiac Investigations Unit which was scheduled for 10am. I arrived early but was seen very shortly after. A Specialist Nurse handled this appointment and was great to talk with. They re-assured me that all was well with my heart and released me back to my PCT. In the post the following day, I had a full and detailed report from the department. How fantastic is that kind of service!! Thanks to the staff of JCUH for a job well done.

What could be improved
