What I liked
My mother in law received treatment on Priory 5 from dedicated, sympathetic Nurses who went more than that extra mile to make sure she was comfortable and treated in a dignified way. The Nursing care received was first class and we were kept informed all of the time of my mother in laws condition whilst on Priory 5.
We were made to feel welcome and not made to feel like we were being a nuisance when asking questions as they were answered each time we asked.
What could be improved
Nothing could have been improved we cannot rate the service that we received any higher.
Anything else?
Nurses were very compassionate and dedicated and as far as we are concerned are the ideal role models that all nurses should aspire to be.
