Following an Achilles rupture, I had a cast fitted at Worcester hospital. 10 days later I was getting pain in my calf muscle and unable to get in Worcester, turned up at Hereford A & E. from the receptionist to the cast room they were all brilliant,
My old cast was soon off, and following tests, samples and scans, I was diagnosed with a DVT. Two injections followed and a course of tablets and now in a boot . Spent a total of a day and a half there, and everyone I met treated both myself and my wife with a great amount of care and professionalism, even the cleaning staff found time to speak to us and have a joke.
I can't speak highly enough of the staff I came into contact with
