"Cancelled an appointment twice"

About: Southmead Hospital / Neurology

They have now cancelled my appointment twice after having a seizure. Both times I have arranged for time off as well as my partner arranging for time off. Both times they failed to give any explanation. Shocking service, and a lack of respect for patients.

I am sorry to hear that this has happened, and I acknowledge the added distress that this causes, especially as when you say you have arranged for you and your partner to have time off from work.
