"They made me feel comfortable"

I attended the dermatology clinic recently for a procedure with Pamela and her team. I just wanted to say how lovely they were, they made me feel so easy and relaxed which was so helpful because although I'd been before I was nervous because it was for the skin above my eye. As far as I could understand Pamela was learning so there were three others members of staff there. I didn't mind this as it meant there were experienced staff there in case anything went wrong. It took me nearly two weeks to get the results which showed that it was caused by sun damage and wasn't cancerous. I think two weeks was a reasonable waiting time as I know how busy they are. I just wanted to share my thanks with the team for making me feel easy on the day, it's nice to feel comfortable in those situations.
