Trying to get a straight answer about how to opt-out of the Surrey Care Record is a nightmare. Sending enquiries to the email address provided by Surrey Heartlands does not illicit a response, information on the website is contradictory. How can they hold sensitive information about people when you cannot get any accurate information about how they use it and how you can prevent them from using it?
