About: South Yorkshire Housing Association Limited / Building Better Opportunities

(as a service user),

I started the BBO journey at the beginning of 2018 with my work coach Kathryn. She has helped me to build my confidence in looking for a job. She has attended job fairs with me. We have updated my CV and written cover letters.

This programme has really built up my confidence and helped me find work. I am more confident in the workplace and happy.

I feel happy and comfortable with the support I have received from Kathryn.
