"poor, the consultant let you down."

About: Chorley & South Ribble Hospital

What I liked

i am happy with the immediate A&E nurses when i arrived there with a broken foot.

What could be improved

But

When i returned a week later for the fracture clinic i was appalled by the ignorance of the consultant. He hardly looked at me, laid back in his chair, he never examined my foot, just prodded twice. i told him i had some pain further up but he wasn't interested about any of it. he just said see you in 4 weeks.

He gave me no details about the break, just said when pain allows put my weight on it but im sure this will make the fracture in my heel bone worse.

Anything else?
