"24hours in Frimley Park Hospital"

Large vote of thanks to all A&E staff that I met in my brief stay.

As I,his wife,had to phone several times over the 24 hours,I was very impressed witth the obvious care by the reception and observation dept staff.

As a retired nurse I would have appreciated a quick overview of the procedure in ED...wait in here,several nurses will call you in for x then y then z,each time you return to the waiting room,when we have all these results you will be seen by the doctor.....

A coffee machine/ snack machine would have been useful during the 6 hour wait,though one nurse did get me a very welcome coffee from somewhere

Leaving at 1.30 am there were a couple of paper notices on the pay point in the Carpark that were torn ( doesn't take 5p was one,)why not put a laminated sign or even write them on the machine case as obviously that will be situation for as long as we have 5p coins.
