(as a service user),

In the last two months my young children have attended A and E with broken bones.   On both occasions, I can not praise the minor injury team enough and the orthopaedic outpatient clinic. Communication and care has been great, really great with the kids. Thanks

Thank you very much for getting in touch and for your comments in relation to the treatment your young children have received whilst attending the Emergency Department at University Hospital Wishaw.

As a parent, I know a hospital visit for you as well as your children can be very daunting and I am pleased that you found the care of the team to be very positive.

It is always nice to get positive feedback and I will ensure this will be shared across the Emergency team here at University Hospital Wishaw.
