Attended MIU today and was seen, x-rayed and reviewed within an hour. Staff were great, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Special mention to one member of staff who couldn't have been better, a real star.
This is how all of the NHS should operate and let's hope that with the right support and funding that one day, it does.
