"Received good response from mental health services"

(as the patient),

my  wife myself and my son became mentally unwell in February 2018. my wife was taken to hospital for physical treatment she was in hospital for 5 days. I became mentally ill during that time and my son became mentally unwell due to my wifes illness. merton home treatment team came to visit us. we received good response from them. we have received good response the mental health services and gp  and care coordinators. today al 3 l cpns came to visit me about my wife's care plan. we received good response
