My grandson was born prematurely at 23 weeks. The care that my daughter and her partner received was fantastic however my grandson after 3 weeks did not survive but my daughter and partner received exceptional care from a exceptional lady called Tracey who helped them through this traumatic time, she went the extra mile to which we are so grateful, she supported my daughter and partner throughout giving them a day of lovely memories with my grandson, she did handprints, footprints, stayed with them, my daughter hadn't been able to cuddle my grandson but she made it all possible and she helped us as a family, she was professional yet so caring and compassionate, and even when she wasn't supposed to be working she came into the hospital to be with my daughter - the care was amazing. I don't think my daughter and partner would have got through this and she is still contacting them to check on them. A wonderful person.
"Exceptional help through this traumatic time"
