(as a service user),

I am very grateful for the thoughtful care I have received from Jessica following a fall in which I badly bruised my ribs. I fell due to a bout of vertigo when I got up during the night.

Jessica has been coming to see me since May to show me exercises to help build up my strength and has also arranged for a stair rail to be fitted along with a stool in my bath to help me move around more safely. Jessica's support has been very helpful.
