From my first visit to see the consultant, to my final visit for a Flexible Cystoscopy I cannot praise all the staff enough.
On the day of the procedure I was nervous but I was met with kindness and professionalism all the way through from tea or coffee and biscuits to the nurse holding my hand during the Cystoscopy and reassuring me and the doctor explaining exactly what he was doing as he went along and explaining the results afterwards. Thanks again to all in minor ops.
