"Gall Bladder removal"

About: University Hospital Monklands / General Surgery (Wards 4 & 7)

(as a service user),

I was admitted to ward 4 of Monklands Hospital last week with severe abdominal pain, after a few days it was confirmed that I had Gallstones, I was subsequently operated on the following Sunday and had my Gallbladder removed. May I say that the treatment I received there from everyone from the domestic staff to the Consultants was exceptional, I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart.

Dear Bouncer1,

Thanks you so much for your recent post on patient experience. I will be delighted to pass on your thanks to the Staff in Ward 4 for the care you received for the whole team, being exceptional.

Hope you are continuing to recover from your recent surgery, and thank you again for your comments.

Best Regards
