What I liked

Currently visiting my Mother at the Friary - this is an amazing hospital and should serve as a benchmark for quality care across the NHS. All the staff are wonderful communicators, they really care, and offer an exceptionally high standard of personal assistance and consideration. Wish there were more hospitals like this - of the many hospitals I have visited over a long period of time this is the best I have ever experienced in terms of genuine care and responding to individual needs.
