(as the patient),

I called the 111 service because I had been suffering from COPD an I'd fallen over and couldn't help myself. They advised me to call for an ambulance. I felt like the 111 service really listened to me and after they asked lots of questions I followed their advice and the paramedics came who were excellent. I have nothing but praise for the crew that came out to me, they were really prompt.

I would very much like to pass you thanks on and wonder if you would email pet@secamb.nhs.uk confirming the date and approximate time of your call and also the address to which the ambulance attended so that I can do this.
