What I liked

I would like to thank all the staff involved in my recent operation for the trouble they took to respect me as an individual and respect my opinion. Their professionalism and dedication Is allowing me to make a speedy recovery and has left me with an extremely positive impression of the NHS. I felt as if I was in control all the time and particularly liked being able to walk to the theatre, I was a person not just another number on the list, which I realise takes a lot of effort in what is clearly a busy daily schedule. Thank you.
