The Glaucoma Consultant was very thorough in the examination and gave a detailed explanation of the problems and the range of options available to correct the problem.
All of the staff treat me with dignity and kindness
On the day of the operation the staff in the waiting area were again kind, helpful and made sure that all the patients were fed and watered where necessary.
They discussed what was about to happen and allayed a lot of my fears (I was quite nervous about the operation)
The operation went smoothly and was virtually painless (and the only slight pains were the pinpricks of the anaesthetic).
The aftercare information was delivered very professionally.
I think that you have a hospital and staff that you can be very proud of.
