"Extensive treatment from bone graft to implant..."

I have had very complex treatment at Charles Clifford. After losing my front tooth as a child due to an accident then the tooth next to it due to an infection after a failed root canal treatment my teeth have always made me very self conscious.

I was treated with empathy, respect and felt like my wishes were always taken on board. They went above and beyond, the treatment was not easy, I had a bone graft, then implant placement. One implant failed and they were extremely sympathetic. The restoration had to be amended and my gum receded which impacted the aesthetics of the tooth.

When I raised my concerns they listened, understood and went above and beyond to do all they could to make sure that I was happy with the finished result. I want to say how appreciative I am of every person who has assisted me, they were so friendly, kind and would always try to achieve the best possible result in even the most difficult of circumstances.

I am so grateful that after 25 years my smile is as perfect as it could possibly be. Thank you to each and and every person involved in my care, I understand not to name anyone personally but they were absolutely fantastic and I would recommend this hospital to anyone.
