"Rude receptionist and uncaring doctor"

The receptionist is rude and thinks she is a doctor

I have no confidence in the doctor and I hated going there so much I ended up not going even though I needed to when I began to have breathing problems A few weeks later I had a heart attack and had to be resuserated.My heart is now permanently damaged..

I have been waiting 4 years for this doctor to sort a problem I have with my medical records which causes signicent stress and still I'm waiting for corrections to be made.When you feel unwell you should feel happy to go to your doctor and I don't.I can't go to another surgery untill my medical records I have been rectified.In the meantime I have suffer in silence with my illness since my heart attack.I did visit the surgery after I had to call 111 and they contacted the surgery for me but I still find it difficult to contact the surgery for any reason.
