"The Staff"

I personally want to give an excellent feedback about one particular receptionist. She is a huge plus to the surgery as a Receptionist she has a good and supportive attitude to patients. I have triplets and from when I was pregnant till now that the kids are 5, she has always helped us with the right support as a receptionist. The nurse is another Staff I want to give a big thank you ?? too. The Doctor is a God sent to me and my family, she is a wonderful and humble Doctor and always ready to go extra mile to help. Karen, to these three members of staff, big thank you. ?? Please receptionist need to create a good experience for the patients. This receptionist is an example.
