"Very caring and kind staff"

My parents aged 99 and 95 have been with this practice for the whole of their married life. The Reception staff are brilliant. So friendly, caring and thoughtful with whatever the latest problem is. Nothing is too much trouble for them! They have helped thorough the many difficulties brought on by old age and are always able to direct me to the right service to help Mum and Dad. Their GP is so kind and caring and Mum and Dad have great confidence in him. Thank you Westwood Surgery! Your support is encabling me to help my parents to stay in their own home as long as possible.
