"Horrible."

This consultant is lucky I'm not able to share his name. I went in for a gynaecology consultation and while the admin staff were so nice, the nurse and consultant were horrible. making comments about my weight is not okay. In addition the consultant took my age and told me my problems would be solved when I get married and have children. this consultant assumed that since I was of a similar racial origin...that I would follow the life path expected of someone of this particular culture. What if I had not been a heterosexual female that desires children in the future? they didn't let me get a word in edgeways when it came to treatment option, advised me to take something when I clearly have a contraindication. Also took note of what I was studying and told me I should know about all these treatment options already. Having completed the first year of a pharmacy course... I highly doubt that I would know this much.
