My elderly mother was admitted on Sunday to CCU as an emergency and I’d like to express my deepest gratitude for the outstanding care she has received. Without exception, the staff have treated her (and us as family visitors) with dignity, respect, empathy and great humour. There is no better place she could be as her care and recovery continues - I am truly grateful for all you have done. Without LHCH it might well have been a very different outcome.
