Today I experienced a very upsetting encounter with the Practice (Kingston Crescent) the early morning receptionist was dismissive, making me use the self service booking in system even though I tried to explain I had never used it before ( I do have limited reading skills - yes I am getting help to write this review!) I was too embarrassed to explain why put I was told 'just go over there'
My consultation with the GP was pretty awful too, he knew I was unhappy over the consultation and an incident previously but he clearly saw me as a difficult patient and advised me to look for a practice that I may prefer... he had no interest in resolving any issues as he was not open to any criticism and was very clear he felt all the issues were issues I brought on myself- too complicated to go into here but I will feed this back to the management team, CQC and Healthwatch Portsmouth, Diversity & Equality in a service provider is pretty important, ' no matter how educated, talented, rich or cool you believe you are, how you treat people ultimately tells all..Integrity is everything..
